Rental Agreement

By renting a car from Vasu Tours and Travels, you agree to abide by our rental agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including return conditions, mileage limits, and insurance coverage.

Valid Driver's License

Payment for the rental must be made using a valid credit card, and a security deposit may be authorized at the time of rental. Any additional charges, such as fuel, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period, are the responsibility of the renter.

Vehicle Use Restrictions

The rental vehicle should only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement and used in accordance with local traffic laws and road regulations. Off-road driving and subleasing the vehicle to third parties are strictly prohibited.

Damage and Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle during the rental period, including theft, loss, or vandalism. Liability coverage is available for an additional fee to minimize financial risk in case of an accident.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
